By using PixieRoute, you agree to these terms. PixieRoute is a free trip planning tool provided as-is. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

PixieRoute provides free Disney trip planning tools for Disney World and Disneyland, including itinerary generation, crowd calendars, budget estimation, ride height checking, restaurant browsing, and other planning utilities. The service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

Disclaimer

• Not affiliated with Disney: PixieRoute is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disney World, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
• Information accuracy: While we strive to keep our data accurate, ride heights, wait times, restaurant menus, prices, hours, and other park information may change without notice. Always verify critical information with official Disney sources.
• No guarantee: Generated itineraries, crowd predictions, budget estimates, and other recommendations are provided as helpful suggestions only. Actual experiences may vary.
• Flight and travel data: Flight prices and driving cost estimates are provided by third-party services and may not reflect final booking prices.

User Content

When you create a shareable trip link, your itinerary data is stored on our servers. Shared trips are accessible to anyone with the link and expire after 90 days, after which the link will no longer work. Do not include sensitive personal information in trip plans that you share.

Email Communications

Providing your email address is entirely optional. If you opt in, we will send a welcome confirmation with your trip code and a single reminder before your trip data expires. We do not send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email, which permanently removes your email from our system.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PixieRoute, including but not limited to: automated scraping of data or API endpoints, attempting to overload or disrupt the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

Disney, Disney World, Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney California Adventure, and all related names, characters, and attractions are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. Their use on this site is for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

PixieRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to inaccurate information, missed reservations, or trip planning decisions based on our recommendations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PixieRoute after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
